This comprehensive publication was developed by The Walker Company and is a useful tool for governance orientation sessions, and ideal for recruiting and orienting new trustees. It is also a valuable educational resource for more experienced hospital trustees. As a KHA member service, all KHA members are invited to review and make use of this governance document. You may access it through the members only section of the KHA Website.
